The TEAC UD-507 is designed to deliver an immersive musical experience with a precise soundstage, deep dynamics, and faithful reproduction of the original recordings, especially with high-res audio formats. It combines TEAC's proprietary technologies in a versatile and compact package suitable for desktop use.

DAC Section

  • Proprietary "TEAC Reference Discrete DAC (TRDD5)" design with 16 discrete elements per channel

  • Supports up to 32-bit/384kHz PCM, DSD512, and full MQA decoding

  • Dual-mono balanced configuration from input to output for precise stereo imaging

  • Selectable delta-sigma multi-level or 1-bit modulation modes

Preamplifier Section

  • Analog RCA and XLR inputs in addition to digital inputs

  • "TEAC Quad Volume Control System (QVCS)" with 4 independent gain circuits for precise 0.5dB volume control

  • "TEAC High Current Line Driver 2 (HCLD2)" output buffer circuits for high current delivery

Headphone Amplifier

  • Dedicated headphone amp with 4 diamond buffer circuits (2 per channel)

  • Supports high-impedance headphones up to 600 ohms

  • Balanced drive with 4.4mm Pentaconn and XLR outputs, plus 1/4" unbalanced

  • Active ground drive for lower noise and improved dynamics


  • USB-B, USB-C, coaxial, and optical digital inputs

  • Bluetooth with LDAC, aptX HD, and multi-point support

  • Asynchronous USB transfer and selectable transfer modes for stable data transmission
