KEF LS LUX

KEF LS LUXE is a premium wireless HiFi speaker system created to combine uncompromising high-fidelity performance with distinctive sculptural design. Designed in collaboration with Ross Lovegrove, its fluid, organic cabinet is engineered to minimise unwanted vibrations and diffraction while creating a striking centrepiece for contemporary interiors.

At the heart of LS LUXE is KEF's 12th Generation 6.5-inch Uni-Q driver array, comprising a 165mm aluminium LF/MF cone and 25mm vented aluminium dome tweeter. Metamaterial Absorption Technology (MAT) absorbs 99% of unwanted sound from behind the driver, helping produce a cleaner, more natural and highly detailed presentation.
LS LUXE also introduces Velocity Control Technology (VECO) to KEF's wireless speakers. Using motion-sensing feedback, VECO dynamically reduces distortion and power compression for greater accuracy across different listening levels. This works alongside KEF's Current-Drive amplification and Music Integrity Engine DSP to deliver precise timing, controlled dynamics and an expansive soundstage.

The system offers a frequency response of 42Hz–28kHz (±3dB) and a frequency range of 35Hz–47kHz (-6dB), depending on EQ settings. Amplification combines Class D power for the LF section with Class AB amplification for the HF section.

High-resolution network playback is supported up to 384kHz/24-bit, with support for DSD, FLAC, WAV, AIFF, ALAC, AAC, WMA, MP3, M4A, LPCM and Ogg Vorbis. Wireless connectivity includes Apple AirPlay, Google Cast, UPnP, Bluetooth 5.3 and Audirvāna, while Roon Ready support is expected via a software update in 2027. Integrated streaming services include Spotify Connect, Tidal Connect, Qobuz Connect, Amazon Music, Deezer, QQ Music, internet radio and podcasts.

For wired sources, LS LUXE provides HDMI eARC, TOSLINK optical, digital coaxial and 3.5mm analogue inputs, alongside Ethernet connectivity. Each speaker also features a dedicated RCA subwoofer output, making it easy to expand the system with additional low-frequency reinforcement.
The speakers measure 336 x 223 x 298mm (H x W x D) and weigh 20kg per set. LS LUXE is available in Dusk Titanium, Eclipse Black and Mineral White finishes.
